Papa Roleo is a kind mouse with a silly sense of humor. He is married to Jumiet and they have two little mouse children named Olivia and Oliver. Roleo loves tradition. He is an “old soul”. He prefers to do things the old-fashioned way, like his father and his grandfather taught him. Roleo always wears his Irish wool vest with the gold pocket watch that his great-grandfather Daniel J. Acorn gave to him.
Mama Jumiet is a cheerful and kind mouse. She laughs easy, especially at her husband’s funny stories. She seems to always have a creative project in the making. Jumiet enjoys gardening and whistles happily while gathering flowers and food. She paints with watercolors, just like her mother did. She is a homemaker, who is wonderfully busy raising her children, Olivia and Oliver.
Olivia is a young mouse whose imagination creates many hours of fun and adventure for her and her little brother Oliver. She is kind, funny, and will make up crazy nick names to call people. She can be wonderfully creative and is a tiny mouse artist. Every day she wears her favorite color, pink, and plays with Elizbeth, a fluffy lamb who is never far from her arms. Olivia’s hugs are given freely. In the evening she likes to crawl up in Mama or Papa’s lap to snuggle with a bedtime story book.
Oliver is a lively red-headed mouse. He is adventurous and energetic and can often be found on a treasure hunt on their little family farm. He only wants to wear the overalls that his Mama sews for him because they have lots of pockets to hold his treasures. Oliver is never far from the kitchen, helping Mama with new recipes and even making some of his own. He wears round glasses like his Papa. Oliver’s favorite adventure buddy is his little toy mouse Rexy.
